As a manager in the Ottawa high tech sector for more than 25 years (e.g. Nabu, Mitel, SystemHouse, AMEC), Sue built strong technical teams to deliver software project objectives by facilitating communication, supporting individual development and creating an open environment in which people's contributions were encouraged and recognized. Sue has been an Associate with the Adlerian Counselling and Consulting Group since 2001. Sue is an Adler Trained Coach, a graduate of the Toronto based Adler School of Professional Coaching Inc. Sue has a keen interest in developing strong communities as President of the Women's Business Network of Ottawa - a network of entrepreneurial, management and commissioned sales women and through her volunteer work with her church community. "The power of coaching for me is in the intention the client brings to the coaching process. Building on the strengths inherent in every person, together we create an awareness of their world, and develop a variety of choices that are available to them. Guided by the client's best intentions, we build a framework to achieve the goals and to continue the learning and growth throughout life. It is my privilege to walk as coach with my clients as they choose their path. With that inner pull toward possibility, progress is assured."
